All Laura Coppel Art work, including prints and hand-finished pieces, are made to order. Each piece from Felicity Art is created with intention, care, and authenticity.

Due to the artistic and personalized nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances.

Please review all product details carefully before placing your order. In the exceptional case that your order arrives with a visible issue caused during shipping, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include clear evidence of the products condition upon arrival. 

Our team will review each situation individually and provide guidance accordingly. Laura Coppel Art is not responsible for any damage occurring after delivery, nor for improper use, handling, or storage of the product.
