BIOGRAPHY

LAURA COPPEL (February 22, 1983)
Mexican Artist, surrounded all her life by art books, paints and brushes, developing from her childhood the ability to express the love of Art.
After studying and attending in Mazatlán Art center, to Ceramic workshops, Singing lessons, Ballet classes, Jazz, Dance, Sculpture Workshops, Music and Theater.
Laura Coppel decided to highlight a special interest in Painting.

After her experience and passion for Art, in 1998, Laura Coppel had the opportunity to focus and expand her horizons on her art vision by studying and attending to Art Galleries, Workshops, Museums and exploring different cultures in different parts of the World; Was in Europe in 2000 while living in England, when she defined her own technique and continues expanding her skills.
In 2002 Laura coppel moves to San Diego, CA, ready to launch her own brand and able to present her first Art exhibition named Animalia and Poetry in Color.

Laura Coppel Art represents different techniques, especially Abstraction, Cubism and Pop Art, there is an emphasis on intense colors and flashes of gold; Water acrylic and gold leaf are fundamental elements to achieve and create most of her Art.
In 2012 Laura Coppel moves to Scottsdale, Arizona. Where she expands her art portfolio by creating a ready to wear pieces of Art.
Laura Coppel lives in United States of North America working on her new project called “Felicity Sculptures”
